Businesses Profit from Disability Inclusion

Ozarks Inclusion Partnership will host a professional workshop for business and community inclusion on Friday, March 8, 2019, at the eFactory, 405 N. Jefferson Avenue, Springfield, Missouri. Conference doors open at 7:15 am for check-in and networking breakfast.  Conference begins at 8:00 am and concludes at 12:30 pm.  Learn about inclusion and the financial and strategic benefits to employers, employees, and community members.  Businesses engaging in this professional development will increase their knowledge of disability inclusion in our community and inclusive employment practices.  Cost is $35. 

 Keynote speaker is Jamie McGranahan, Inclusion Specialist and Program Manager for Art Inspired Academy, a program of Abilities First.  Topics include:  Financial and Other Benefits of Disability Inclusion in the Workforce, Resources and Successes in Business Inclusion Efforts, Community Inclusion Panel, and networking with services providers, families, and other businesses.
