Countdown to the August 2024 Election

There are currently no upcoming Chamber-endorsed ballot measures or local candidates for consideration. Please check back here as we near the next election date to find potential information on endorsed ballot measures and/or resources on local nonpartisan candidates.

The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce provides educational information on upcoming nonpartisan elections as part of its mission to promote the economic health of the Springfield area. This includes Springfield City Council and Springfield Public Schools Board of Education. The Chamber does not endorse candidates for any election or engage in partisan races.

The Chamber has an established volunteer-led and board-approved process to review issue ballot measures. This effort engages diverse perspectives and industry expertise and leads to supportive, opposed or neutral positions on local and state issues.

When applicable, Chamber members and the broader community will find relevant information about upcoming ballot measures, nonpartisan candidates and voter resources through the information linked here. We encourage you to use these resources to learn more and identify where you stand on upcoming issues important to the growth and success of the community.
