  • Job Summary
    • The Learning Consultant II is primarily responsible for engaging the CoxHealth workforce in continued growth and professional development activities. This individual will actively connect employees with non clinical learning resources that are aligned with and relevant to his/her individual development plan (i.e., IDPs), developmental competency level, and professional area(s) of interests. The Learning Consultant will also facilitate learning activities, promote CPD resources and services, actively participate in CPD program evaluation and quality improvement activities, and lead content development projects as appropriate.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Experience
      • Required: Four years' experience in education and training, organizational development, and/or leadership role
    • Skills
      • Demonstrate awareness of principles and methods for curriculum and program design, teaching, and instruction for adult learners, including on-line learning environments.
      • Possess a strong commitment to the success of others.
      • Demonstrate strong project management skills and ability to own a project from beginning to end.
      • Ability to give developmentally appropriate feedback to others at all levels in the organization.
      • Ability to lead project teams both internal and external to the department to accomplish project goals.
      • Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum.
      • Ability to maintain positive, collaborative relationships with leaders and peers.
      • Ability to think critically and apply analytical and reasoning skills in problem solving.
      • Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills.
      • Possess a strong command in use of Microsoft Office.
      • Experience using an LMS or other learning platform.
