The Creative Services Supervisor will take the lead in development, refinement, and maintenance of company brands. They will oversee the process and production of the Traffic Coordinator positions and work with project coordinators to provide direction to the creative team.

Essential Job Functions
  • Supervise, direct, and mentor Traffic Coordinators, helping them understand and follow established processes and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in providing creative direction for marketing and promotional material for print, web, radio, and TV advertising and assist in development, refinement, and maintenance of uniform graphic standards and visual brand style guidelines.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of O'Reilly private brands and work with the Sales and Merchandise departments to provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to grow them.
  • Proof/Edit all projects for content, grammar, and punctuation, making sure that product, prices, and descriptions are correct.
