We are currently seeking applicants for a Manager, Organizational Development (OD) in our Human Resources division located in Springfield, MO. The Manager, OD’s responsibility is to facilitate improved productivity, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This position will act as a liaison and advisor to AECI’s leadership and will facilitate initiatives by evaluating, problem-solving, and influencing human processes in relation to these initiatives. The Manager, OD is responsible for the development and integration of Human Resources programs that facilitate organizational design and structure; culture; succession planning and overall talent management; leadership and professional development; and change management. This role will partner and integrate activities with other functional HR areas including compliance, recruiting, total compensation, employee relations, and individual performance management. The Manager, OD will also provide vision and direction for the learning management system and other training tools.
