We are currently looking for a part-time (20-30 hours/week) Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is very positive and wants to help grow a business to the next level. The opportunity to move to a full-time position is possible with the right candidate. Typical duties include lobby and phone reception, engaging current and prospective clients in person and on the phone, maintaining website and marketing plans, filing, planning client events, executing an advisor recruitment strategy, other typical office tasks, and any other duties as requested.
Minimum expected education/experience: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, positive personality, self-starter, basic computer and website abilities, social media experience, ability to troubleshoot basic office equipment, event planning, basic office tasks.
Applicant must be able to maintain client confidentiality and pass a federal background check.
Hours are typically 9am-3pm 3-4 days per week.
