The Network brings in summer with a dose of flower power

Posted by Chamber Communications on May 25, 2018

The Network’s third annual Summer Fest celebration is scheduled for June 8, and this year’s bash will have a seriously groovy vibe.

The event, co-presented once again with the City of Springfield, is being held at Farmers Park. It serves as a celebration of Springfield’s young professionals – and those young at heart.

It offers a chance to enjoy great food, drinks, live music from Izabel Crane (formerly known as Bella Donna) and the kinship of your best hippie friends. The Volkswagen bus photo booth will be on hand to capture your totally stellar memories, and the Ozark Mountain Flower Truck will be joining us to help you fulfill all your flower child dreams.

“We changed our annual YP celebration from a weekday luncheon to a Friday night party in 2016, and the response was overwhelming,” says Katie Jones, who coordinates The Network for the Chamber. “We’ve been working to grow the event every year since – and we hope this year will be better than ever!”

Trust us when we say you don’t want to miss the grooviest party for YPs in the Midwest! Get your tickets today – the cost is $35 until June 7 (it goes up to $45 at the door).

The event wouldn’t be possible without these totally tubular sponsors:
City of Springfield
Andy B’s Restaurant & Entertainment
Arvest Bank
Biz 417
Club Management Services
Miller & Associates CPAs and Advisors
Old Missouri Bank
Ozarks Technical Community College
Paragon Architecture
Paul Mueller Company

By the way, if you don’t believe us when we say we can throw a party, check out this coverage from Summer Fest 2017.
