Employers need to plan for more change affecting their compensation and benefit programs as competition for talent intensifies across global borders and the U.S. Congress continues to take steps toward healthcare reform. The Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher) 2017 Human Capital Insights Report provides original perspectives from 41 thought leaders on how employers of all sizes can successfully adapt their strategy to attract and retain top talent by controlling healthcare costs, improving employee wellbeing and managing risk.

"A piecemeal strategy for total rewards will only further complicate the challenge of today's increasingly complex human resources and employee benefits environment," said William F. Ziebell, President, Employee Benefits Consulting and Brokerage. "What's required to meet employee needs across career stages and diverse cultures is a well-defined and flexible approach to personalized benefits and compensation. The Jefferson Awards in Washington DC has awarded Lift Up Springfield's founder, Dr. Tricia Derges, MD, the National Jefferson Award for Missouri and the elite National Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award.  Only 5 individuals in the country are awarded the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award annually in Washington DC.  This award is considered the Nobel Peace Prize on the community level. The Jefferson Award Press Release gives the story of Lift Up Springfield's start.

Lift Up Springfield provides medical, dental and mental health services to the communities homeless, Veterans, poor and uninsured.  The clinic works strictly through donations from individuals and businesses.  All services are provided by volunteers.  Over 8000 people have been helped since the clinic opened at Glenstone and Kearney in January 2016.

Lift Up Springfield would greatly appreciate any financial support that you or your company could provide.  The clinic desperately needs to expand its space and be able to purchase modern equipment.  The clinic is a 501c3.

The clinic is always in need of dentist to volunteer. The dental needs are tremendous.  So many people are in pain and need help.  No regular commitment is required, just ONE time a year would be so much appreciated!

Please contact the clinic through their website www.liftupspringfield.org or email at clinic@liftupspringfield.org
Lift Up Springfield will be very happy to come meet with you or speak with your company!  Follow us weekly on facebook and read amazing stories about amazing people!
