Important Dates

August 22 - Registration open for all Chamber members
September 2 - Last day for special rates
September 30 - Deadline to be included in program; last day for refunds; full payment due on all booths - NO EXCEPTIONS
Mid-October - Exhibitor packets mailed
November 2 - Exhibitor move-in (noon-7 p.m.), Springfield Expo Center
November 3 - Expo Day!

Expo Day Schedule

7:30-8:30 a.m. - Good Morning, Springfield!
Start your Expo with the most important meal of the day and our first round of networking at the Chamber’s monthly breakfast.

8:30 a.m. - Expo Hall Opens
It’s time to man the booth and network your heart out!

9 a.m.-4 p.m. - NEW! Campfire Sessions (every 30 minutes)
These 15-minute sessions will offer valuable business information throughout the day.

1-4 p.m. - NEW! Career Fair
Join local employers for a look at the job market and what's available.

4-6 p.m. - Business After Hours
Don’t pack up yet ... it’s time to celebrate a hard day’s work!

5:30 p.m. - Booth Competition Winners Announced
We’re handing out prizes to those exhibitors that go above and beyond to show their Expo spirit, but you must be present to win!

6-8 p.m. - Tear Down and Move Out

Prices before September 2 
Standard 10'x10' booth (with table and two chairs) - $450 
End 10'x10' booth (with table and two chairs) - $550

Prices after September 2
Standard booth - $550 
End booth - $650

Booth upgrades such as carpet and electricity will be available in the exhibitor packet

Nonprofit booth 
10'x10' booth - $300 (Booths N1-N10)
Includes 8' table, two chairs, trash can and a banner 
Available to nonprofit organizations only; nonprofits also may purchase regular booth at regular price

Tabletop display
Setup for this option will be first-come, first-served beginning at 1 p.m. on November 2.
