The Corporate Assistant III -- Reoccurring Services is responsible for the scheduling of all required annual inspections and services. Scheduling Bi-Annual HVAC Inspections, Annual Backflow Inspections, Annual Stormwater (BMP) Inspections, Landscaping Irrigation Inspections, Non-monitored Fire Sprinkler Inspections, etc.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist the Retail Facilities Supervisor in tracking annual reoccurring services such as inspections and testing for assets. i.e. Spring and Fall HVAC Inspections, annual back-flow tests, irrigation spring and start up and winter shut downs, and mixing room inspections
  • Create, track, and close out reoccurring services as they become due
  • Create service request in MARS based on service needed
  • Track and mark complete when service has been performed to ensure timely completion
  • Review invoice and close out in MARS when received

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Experience in Microsoft office
  • Good people skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and possess proven dependability and reliability
  • Capable of creating reports; both custom and generated
  • Need proper skill set and training to work with an array of duties

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
