The Chamber will build and lead a data-driven model with local and regional partners to position and promote the 10-county region for strong business and talent competitiveness at the state and national level.
Grow the Workforce-Ready Population
The Chamber will influence efforts to attract talent to the Springfield region, retain young professionals to meet employer demand, develop the future workforce and address challenges in childcare, housing, and public safety.
Strengthen & Support Business
The Chamber will advocate at the local, state, and federal level as the voice of business for the Springfield region, pursuing a business-friendly environment, encouraging like-minded community leadership and providing educational and networking opportunities for businesses of all sizes.
