We provide technology services by listening to customers’ needs no matter the needs or concern. We work to design a solution to fit budget and innovations, deliver on time and with success. And we listen again every quarter to make sure we are delivering the best service.
Give us a brief history of your business and what makes it unique:
PKT has provided businesses with reliable products from several top manufacturers since 2002. Technology continues to change rapidly with the business landscape. Our focus from the beginning is to serve people by providing simple solutions to meet their technology demands. Maintaining strong relationships and earning trust by delivering the three C’s, Consistency, Communication and Commitment is what you can expect from PKT.
What’s the most exciting recent highlight for your business?
We have a new design for the future, with three plans that fit all: total managed care, emerging care and assist care.
Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months?
We see ourselves as a local technology leader for IT services and office equipment/software. We’re expanding our offering of technology to fit our customers, including internet, phones, expanded security, expanded help desk outsourcing and artificial intelligence support. And we’re adding several employees to support those expanded offerings and service.
What advice would you offer to someone starting their own small business?
Find your why? Simon Sinek said, “What good is an idea if it remains an idea? Try. Experiment. Iterate. Fail. Try again. Change the world.” We think there are five steps to be being successful with customers:
- Listen to your why
- Create a needed product or service
- Promote and sell
- Listen to customers and make changes (sharpen the saw)
