Describe what your organization provides for its customers:
Paragon Architecture provides clients, owners, and team members with The Paragon Approach. We utilize a collaborative process to guide and inform everyone involved from project conception past completion. We strive to not only enrich every community with quality design, but to do so through innovative thinking and focused expertise.

Give us a brief history of your business and what makes it unique:
We were founded in 2010 during the recession and grew to a total of four employees in our first four months. In 2013, we expanded to eight employees, and now we have a total 19 employees across three offices. We've expanded to the Joplin and St. Louis markets and grown not only the size and revenue of our firm but also in the areas and market segments that we serve.
What makes Paragon Architecture unique is the collaboration process in which we work with our clients and team members to achieve a great design that impacts the community.

What’s the most exciting recent highlight for your business?
Our work and the projects we do are exciting and impactful. Paragon Architecture works in a wide array of markets such as Corporate Office, Education, Not-for-Profits, Public Safety, and Health Care. Being able to work in these markets allows us to use The Paragon Approach to collaboratively work with every stakeholder from all walks of life and get everyone's buy in on the project. So in the end, everyone walks away knowing they had a hand in helping to create an exciting project.

Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months?
We see our company continuing to grow our strengths and relationships. We are currently assisting corporate office clients with renovation projects totaling more than 120,000 square feet of office space, turning it into 21st century workplace environments, and we'll soon be able to share those success stories. By utilizing The Paragon Approach we are continuing to design spaces that enhance our community and user experiences. We will continue to expand beyond Springfield in the Joplin and St. Louis markets and serve clients across the Midwest.

What advice would you offer to someone that is looking for an architect?
Our advice would be to do your research. If you are new to the process, meet with the potential architect and make sure that they will guide you through the process. We offer the Paragon Approach and feel that a better experience and product is typically the end result due to our process. Everyone is a part of our team.
