Best Business Advice:
Know your numbers, plan ahead, and surround yourself early with trusted professionals—such as a CPA, attorney, banker, and insurance advisor—so you have the right guidance as your business grows. Build a solid business plan, create realistic budgets, and make decisions based on accurate financial information. Long-term success often comes from being consistent, efficient, conservative, and proactive, while focusing on steady growth rather than short-term wins.
