Tell us about the history of your business: We are a family of four. We have been working in the 417 community since 2002. Since we came to Springfield, we have been welcomed and embraced by the community. Judith has been involved in the community since she came to Springfield in 2002, and Chuy has worked in restaurants since he came in 1999.  Now they joined forces to serve with both food and love. Their lives and history had been a fusion of love, culture and traditions that they want to share with Springfield, not only with their menus but by embracing everyone around them and making them feel like part of the Springfield's family.

Describe the services your organization provides and what makes you unique:

Chuy is a from Mexican Heritage, however, he grew up cooking Italian food, so here is little of both worlds, offered in one location. We also seek to give back to the community through the kindness of our staff and our community involvement.  

Tell us something people might not know about your organization:

The name CHUY is the most common name in Mexico. It is a short nickname for Jesús, which is Chuy's real name.
