Ozarks Regional Legislative Priorities - This coalition of over 50 regional organizations across Southwest Missouri works collaboratively to identify shared legislative priorities for each state legislative session. The 2026 priorities place primary emphasis on strategic infrastructure investment and workforce development and credential training as the foundation for long-term economic competitiveness, while also advancing solutions to childcare barriers to employment, protecting local funding and decision-making authority, and supporting policies that strengthen the region’s ability to attract and retain jobs and talent. Missouri Major Metro Coalition - A partnership between the four largest chambers in the state of Missouri - the St. Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry - this coalition provides the business community a more powerful and unified voice in Jefferson City.
Legislative Policy Committee - This committee is made up of volunteer members of the business community committed to helping the Chamber's Board of Directors establish policy positions on state and federal issues.
Transportation Committee - This committee serves as a catalyst for communication and action to improve the Springfield area transportation system.
