A new year brings a new brand for The Network


The Network for Young Professionals turned 10 recently, and as most of us do around our 10th birthday, the group is going through some changes. The most visible change: its new brand.

For the past several months, Chamber staff has been working with Revel Advertising to come up with a new brand that will help young professionals share their stories about why it’s great to be a YP in Springfield. The rebrand also strengthens strategic efforts to retain young professionals in the Springfield region once they graduate college and embark on careers here.

There are some incredibly talented and dynamic people here who are doing innovative and interesting things to make our community stronger. We’re proud that people can not only build strong careers in Springfield, they can also enjoy the life they want right here!

The Chamber and Revel have worked together to develop a new logo, a new website, and to solidify the message of talent retention as a key component of an economically vibrant community. The logo was revealed to members at The Network’s Holiday Soirée in December, through an exciting sequence of events by cupcakes being brought out with the new logo, and a new step and repeat backdrop. The Network plans to make the new website live by spring of 2018 and plans to begin its new messaging strategy in the near future.

This new look and feel will help The Network to achieve its overarching goal of encouraging members to not only share what The Network has done for them, but more importantly why Springfield is the place to be for a YP!
