A surprise visit from Chamber friends

surprise_patrol-01

If you saw a limo full of donuts driving around Springfield, you’re not imagining things. It was probably from the Chamber. And keep your eyes peeled – you might just see it again soon!

The Chamber has launched the Surprise Patrol, a recurring event where Chamber ambassadors and staff pay a surprise visit to members with goodwill and goodies. It’s a simple way for us to show how we appreciate their membership and investment in the Chamber.

Chamber ambassadors visited 11 of our members on Friday, April 7:

  • First National Bank
  • Assemblies of God Credit Union
  • Bicycle Outlet
  • Ozark Mountain Yoga
  • Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital
  • Zaxby’s
  • CarFi
  • Classic Rock Coffee Co.
  • Camp Bow Wow
  • Layer 3 Technology
  • Panera Bread

Treats came from our sponsor, Krispy Kreme, while transportation in style was provided came courtesy of Gotta Getta Limo.

“We wanted to reach out to members that we hadn’t seen in a while,” said Dori Grinder, the Chamber’s Manager of Membership Development. “We understand that members get busy running their businesses, but we wanted to make sure they remembered how much the Chamber loves having them as members.”

Be on the lookout: This event will be happening throughout the year, so your friends at the Chamber might be headed your way soon!
