Springfield Region website relaunch unveils new regional marketing look

The Springfield Region has a remodeled online presence, thanks to a marketing campaign spearheaded by the Chamber’s economic development staff team and a local creative company.

To make the greatest impact when marketing the assets of the 10-county region, the Chamber’s economic development arm, Springfield Business Development Corporation (SBDC), utilizes the Springfield Regional Economic Partnership (SREP). To better illustrate what the region has to offer, SREP relaunched its web presence,, at the end of May.

The new look was the culmination of a brand refresh developed by local creative firm Revel Advertising. Bringing together communities from across the region, the website is the latest step toward presenting the Springfield Region as one entity and demonstrating why it’s a prominent place to do business.

This innovative website is one of the most powerful tools available to help the region attract new jobs and investment. Business owners and site selection consultants will find a robust set of resources to evaluate the Springfield Region as a place for jobs and investment. Economic developers can access an improved search tool for sites and buildings; they also can easily find regional economic data, more industry-specific information and testimonials from peers already thriving in the Springfield Region.

The SREP brand refresh includes a new logo that emphasizes what it’s like doing business “IN” the Springfield region, complementing the new website and updated marketing materials to better tell our story of economic development success and potential.

The new look is part of a larger cohesive messaging strategy funded by SBDC investors. This strategy embraces our identity as a 10-county region and place us on par with peer cities.
