Springfield, Mo., April 18, 2017 – Integrity Home Care + Hospice is pleased to announce that Lyndsey Normand has been promoted to the Executive Director of Business Development and Strategy.
Normand joined Integrity in 2013 as the Regional Manager of Operations in Joplin, MO then served for the last year as Integrity’s Business Analyst. Normand brings a new, innovative approach to Integrity. With over 15 years of process improvement and lean management experience, she has a proven sales history working and collaborating with strategic partners to grow and develop their knowledge and understanding of positive outcomes for clients.
Normand’s primary emphasis will be to lead Integrity in strategic growth and diversification. She has a passion for the services Integrity delivers in our communities and is excited to be a part of the team telling Integrity’s story. Normand will also be serving as the Interim Director of Business Solutions where she will lead a joined team of IT and data analytics to create a collaboration of information and systems reporting to better support the needs of Integrity.
