Booth Information

Rates are for Chamber members only. Prospective members should contact the Chamber at (417) 862-5567 for information and pricing.

Booth prices:

  • Standard 10' x 10' booth (table and two chairs) - $450
  • End 10' x 10' booth (table and two chairs) - $550
  • Booth upgrades such as carpet and electricity will be available in the exhibitor packet, to be distributed in mid-October.

Non-profit booths:

  • 10' x 10' booth - $300
  • Includes 8' table, two chairs, trash can and a banner
  • Available to non-profit organizations only; non-profits may also purchase regular booths at regular prices.

Tabletop Displays

  • Setup for this option will be first-come, first-served starting at 1 p.m. on November 1
  • 8' table, skirted - $175
  • Chairs not included

Trail Stops

Want your booth to be a required stop for all attendees or adventure seekers? For $100, make your booth a Trail Stop that attendees must visit. Those who visit all Trail Stops will be in the running for several prizes. Contact Kristin Lochner or Kim Everest at the Chamber to learn more.
