Office Manager / Administrative Assistant in a small family-run busy office.
Requirements: Ability to multi-task and work autonomously, Knowledge of office equipment, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google calendar, Good grasp of grammer and letter-writing, Good customer-service skills. Quickbooks or similar software knowledge desireable.
Duties: Answer phones and relay messages, customer service on the phone, data-entry, send out letters and followup, schedule appointments, multiple filing systems, and keeping track of the status of customers' jobs.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8 - 4:30
Vacation earned after 1 year. 6 paid holidays, and we can work with your schedule to allow time off when desired. No health benefits available.
