The Digital User Experience and Analysis Supervisor will work with various departments to define business objectives, process, requirements, and documentation for features and enhancements to omnichannel and e-commerce projects. They will lead a team focused on investigating, prioritizing, and planning future improvements in day-to-day processes, website features, enhancements, and more.

Essential job functions

  • Responsible for hiring and developing a team of digital marketing and user experience team members.
  • Plan, and supervise all e-commerce and omnichannel projects and roadmap initiatives from strategy and development to process and execution, working with multiple teams throughout the organization.
  • Continue to drive improvements to the website, increasing search volume, clicks, conversion rate, and revenue.
  • Work with the Information Technology department to define business requirements for special projects.
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of leading practices in website usability techniques.
  • Contribute to website release planning, preparation, retrospection and remediation efforts.
  • Analyze site metrics, customer research and related data to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across the site and various product categories.
  • Initiate testing opportunities, website optimizations, and other forms of a/b and multivariate tests associated with digital marketing, e-commerce and omnichannel.

Skill and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with work experience of 3-4 years in online marketing, UI/UX, e-commerce, omnichannel, or project management or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and supervise a team.
  • Passionate about the customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications.
  • Able to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations, including balancing operational efficiency and data analysis with high quality standards and doing what is best for the customer.
  • Experience with web analytics.
  • Experience and knowledge of web design and graphics.
  • Automotive knowledge desired.
