New Covenant Academy has created a new administrative position due to enrollment growth.  This position will be ranked equal with a principal and shall be responsible to develop and implement school-wide non-instructional systems on two campus locations in the area of facility/grounds, technology, security, and transportation.  This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and visionary skills to function as an operational strategic leader and help NCA soar into the future.  (Full job description is in process of development and will be provided at the time of interview).


This position shall be responsible for the development and implementation of school-wide non-instructional systems supporting the functional areas of Technology, Facilities, and Transportations, as well as operations of these areas at all NCA Campus Locations.

Facilities Responsibilities Include 

  • School and Facility Maintenance Planning
  • Capital Project Participation and Leadership
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Personnel, Staffing, and Vendor Management
  • Site and Building Security

Technology Responsibilities Include

  • Department Vision and Leadership
  • Network Maintenance and Expansion Software and Hardware
  • Maintenance and Expansion
  • Personnel and Staffing Management

Transportation Responsibilities Include:

  • School Vehicle Maintenance
  • Planning and Execution Vendor Management
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance Personnel and Staffing Management


  • Hold a Master’s Degree in a job-related area, with a minimum of two years related professional experiences such as business management, organizational leadership or project management (D) ·
  • Or a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as business management, organizational leadership or project management with a minimum of five years of professional experience (D); ·
  • Or the equivalent number of years’ experience in a related field. (D)



  • Excellent project management abilities and a high degree of organization (M);
  • Strong understanding of network technology, systems and educational integration (D);
  • Strong ability to judge the quality of performance of major technical trades, as well as areas of general custodial maintenance. (D);
  • Willingness to Learn and demonstrated ability creatively solving complex problems (M);
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and requests to re-prioritize work on multiple projects (M);
  • Willingness to be flexible in working hours (M);
  • Highly detailed and results oriented (D);
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership, strategic vision, and tenacity (M)
  • Team player attitude and strong customer service orientation (M);
  • Preparing and maintaining appropriate records, and reporting utilizing a variety of software and database interfaces;
  • Excellent communication, verbal and listening abilities (M)

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION: Salary base begins at $50,000.   Group Health insurance with NCA paying for a majority of the employee premium. The option of purchasing additional cafeteria plan options and tuition discount for qualified dependents.
