The Expedia Global Payments (EGP) Controls team is passionate about building strategic partnerships across the EGP organization, a division with more than 600 employees spanning 8 countries. We are looking for a coordinator to assist with Compliance audits and routine Controls work for our EGP team. As part of the EGP Controls team, you will help support audit compliance of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls of the company, which includes validation of payments to partners and helps protect us from financial loss.

What you do:

  • Audits assigned reports accurately and within SLA, with a dedication to data integrity
  • Maintains and preserves audit reports and work papers for review by internal and external auditors
  • Reports SOX errors of Coordinators, Analyst, and Supervisors accurately and timely according to SOX documentation and procedures
  • Analyzes multiple lines of data from a variety of reports and combines them into summarized reports as needed
  • Accomplish tasks accurately from start to finish and maintain evidence of follow-up if needed
  • Provide valuable recommendations for control improvements and automation of control activities
  • Maintain and update process and SOX documentation as needed
  • Provide assistance to Controls Analysts and participate in special projects as needed
  • Support an environment of positive morale and effective teamwork

 Who you are:

  • Experienced in Financial Operations, Quality, and/or Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
  • Passionate about technology
  • Accountable and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • Highly organized
  • A multi-tasker that can meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • A strong critical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions
  • An Intermediate-level user of MS Excel
  • Experience in using larger ERP and/or SalesForce is a plus
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work with minimal direction
