Purpose of the Role

The role of the Office Manager is to lead all team members & develop company culture, ensuring an excellent experience for those who work at and those who visit Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage quality of office experience for team members and patients of Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture.
  • Hire and manage career development for All Staff/Employees
  • Set and communicate vision and goals for team in conjunction with mission, vision and values of Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture and its owner, while building trust and motivating team members to remain focused on key results and deliverables.
  • Lead meaningful meetings to develop team, communicate relevant information from company leadership and generally support the mission, vision and values of Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture.
  • Manage activity to develop positive company culture in line with mission, vision and values.
  • Coordinate all non-doctor scheduling and PTO Requests for regular office hours and for external office events.


The Office Manager must put people first, think in terms of team building and understand how to leverage people’s strengths for the benefit of the organization’s mission. As the developer of Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture’s greatest asset, its team, he/she must show compassion while ensuring each team member gets to do what he/she does best each day. Reporting directly to the Owner, the Office Manager must embrace the company’s mission, vision and values, communicating them through all his/her work.
