The Chamber is committed to helping businesses succeed and that includes helping member companies and organizations identify resources for training their employees or finding funding sources for qualified employers. 

This guide, developed by the Chamber’s Committee for Education & Workforce Solutions,  includes information that offers a variety of  training opportunities -- from small business to manufacturing to customized training.  Many of the programs listed are either part of the Missouri Career Center or Ozarks Technical Community College’s Center for Workforce Development; however there are some individual companies listed that offer specific training for areas such as manufacturing and industrial maintenance.
