Regional Partnership (SREP)
Springfield Regional Economic Partnership (SREP) is the lead economic development agency for a 10-county area made up of communities and chambers committed to bringing new jobs and investment to the region.

Economic Development Team
Ryan Mooney, CEcD, Senior Vice President, Economic Development
Ryan is responsible for and directs the Chamber's economic development program to increase the economic base of the Springfield area by procurement of new business and industry. This includes identification of, tracking and follow-up of prospects/suspects. Ryan is staff contact for the Springfield Business Development Corporation.
Rob Dixon, Vice President, Business Assistance
Rob oversees the existing business support program, providing a wide range of assistance to businesses including helping them navigate local, state, and federal government agencies and the local government development processes; tax credits and incentives; and other business assistance. He serves as economic development project manager for existing industry expansions and is the staff contact for the Development Issues Input Group.
Jen Johnson, Program Coordinator, Economic Development
Jen provides staff support to the Chamber's economic development programs and SBDC. She coordinates special events and activities including the SBDC Annual Meeting, Economic Outlook Conference and the W. Curtis Strube Small Business of the Year Award.
Jeff Seifried, Manager, Regional Development
Jeff is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing activities in the fields of community and economic development in 10-county region of southwest Missouri. He is staff contact for the Regional Council (Ozarks Regional Economic Partnership) and Manufacturers Council.
Rachael Snow, Marketing Coordinator, Economic Development
Rachael is responsible for marketing activities related to business expansion and attraction efforts of the Chamber and its regional partnership. This includes the economic development website and print materials as well as specific marketing efforts to Springfield’s target industries.
Kristen Westerman, Manager, Workforce Development
Kristen coordinates the Chamber's workforce development programs and activities in the Springfield region to meet the needs of the regional employer community. She is the staff contact for the Committee for Education and Workforce Solutions.
