Michelle West, Vice President, Communications
Michelle directs the communications program for the Chamber. She is responsible for Chamber publications and other communication pieces, its online presence and for promotion of Chamber events and programs.


Claire Faucett, Public Relations and Interactive Media Manager
Claire manages the Chamber's public image through maintenance of traditional media relationships, development and use of new interactive media tools and further development of the Chamber's online presence.


Kristen Kelley, Graphic Design/Publications Specialist
Kristen is responsible for the design of the Springfield Spirit, the Chamber's monthly publication. She also designs and creates materials and publications to support other Chamber events and promotional needs.
