D.C. Fly-in
Chamber leads delegation to Washington, D.C.
In June of 2009, the Chamber led a delegation of 18 community and business leaders on a three-day Washington, D.C., Fly-In. The trip provided the group the opportunity to speak with legislators and key staff members about top Chamber legislative priorities, including energy, transportation, labor and health care policy.
Along with these legislative visits, the delegation also received briefings from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Pentagon, and visited with transportation organizations.
