Spring Formal Fundraiser For Greene County K9 Division
Did you know that the Greene County K9 Division is completely funded through donations? These highly skilled dogs are trained in patrol and narcotic detection, and help keep our community safe.
Join us in supporting our local police force as we dine and dance the night away at our first annual Spring Formal.
On Friday, March 23, 2018, from 5-10pm, the Executive Conference Center and 910 Ballroom has partnered with some of the best vendors in the Springfield area to raise money for our local K9 unit. All proceeds benefit the Greene County K9 Division who rely solely on community donations to provide our K9 animals with medical, training, and upkeep services.
You can show your support for our local police officers by donating items for door prizes, gift bags, and/or silent auction items.
Door prizes should be a minimum $10 value; silent auction items a minimum $25 value; and items for gift bags for approximately 160 guests must be approved before submitting.
If you would like to partner with the Executive Conference Center and 910 Ballroom and help our local K9 Unit, please contact General Manager, Gena Flores, at 417-882-1776.
The night includes dinner from Touch, Black Sheep, and Flame Restaurants, cash bar from Shaker's Bartending Services, dessert from Charity Fent Cake Design, silent auction and DJ services provided by Spark Events.
