The Advanced Single Audit Certificate is a specialized certificate, awarded by the American Institute of CPAs, is for auditors with at least seven years of experience planning, performing, reviewing, and reporting single audits in accordance with the latest Uniform Guidance requirements. In addition, it signifies that the intensive Advanced Single Audit Exam has been passed, which covers topics such as internal controls over compliance, compliance testing, and audit sampling, among others.

Rebecca has more than 10 years of audit experience and primarily serves clients in the non-profit, education, and governmental industries. Her practice emphasis includes school districts, municipalities, counties, colleges, utilities, and non-profit organizations. Rebecca is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Missouri Society of CPAs (MSCPA), Association of Government Accountants, Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, and MSCPA’s Governmental Accounting Committee. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting and recently earned the Advanced Single Audit Certificate from the AICPA.
