The Claim’s Assistant contributes to the company’s success by being responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to Risk Management Claim Team, including mail processing, ordering of police reports, and providing back-up phone coverage for the claim team and Risk Management Department as a whole. The ideal candidate will provide professional customer service while maintaining an up-to-date medical provider panel for all O’Reilly facilities for the treatment of team member injuries.
