The Professional Systems Coordinator is responsible for various training aspects of the O'Reilly Auto Parts business to business ecommerce platform.  Maintains a professional business relationship between Industry Partners and O'Reilly Auto Parts as it pertains to the level of products, customer service and sales force.  Provides guidance/training for team members in matters pertaining to the sale of professional systems marketed by O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide overflow help support functions for all products used to electronically connect professional customers to O’Reilly Auto Parts.  Platforms include but are not limited to: First Call Online, Mitchell1, Epicor and WHI
  • Provide equipment maintenance and replacement when required
  • Coordinate program changes, cataloging updates, documentation changes and releases to customer   locations by notifying the field sales team and store teams of upcoming changes and releases
  • Support all training efforts for O'Reilly customers and company personnel as it relates to electronic commerce
  • Writes internal instructional documentation and presentations for Professional Systems department
  • Works with I.S. and Telecom Departments to resolve/troubleshoot communication issues related to O’Reilly Stores that effect B2B ecommerce

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in business, communications and public relations
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of company software packages
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with customers
  • Strong Automotive Aftermarket knowledge and skills

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
