The Corporate Assistant III – Real Estate will provide assistance to the Real Estate Department in the development of new, renovation, and remodel projects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Audit General Contractors pay request and verify receipt of all required documents
  • Audit and code miscellaneous invoices received for store construction projects
  • Assist with coordinating project reimbursements and bond releases. Work with Lease Administration Team and Risk Management Team as needed
  • Track and prepare Notice of Commencement and Notice of Completion documents
  • Prepare and distribute final cost reports for store construction projects
  • Maintain the Real Estate development and maintenance files in an orderly, organized fashion
  • Obtain street addresses for new store locations and distribute to appropriate team members

Skills and Qualifications

  • One or more general office experience and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Clerical skills; filing, typing and sorting
  • Two or more years in real estate acquisition, construction, leasing or development office experience desired

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
