The Awards Specialist is responsible for the preparing, assembling, and packaging various types of awards to be distributed to stores, distribution centers, etc. for use by customers and vendors at car shows, races, and events.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for engraving and assembling trophies, plaques, plates, etc. as directed
  • Manage warehouse space; including responsibility for empty pallets and scrap metal removal, storing extra shredded paper onto racks and requesting removal for empty Gaylord boxes
  • Maintain stock levels for trophy columns and plaque plates as needed
  • Perform general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and overflow as assigned by the Administrative Services team
  • Assist with loading of the UPS truck and daily ensuring all orders processed are loaded accordingly

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Excellent written/verbal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and email
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks accordingly

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
