The 2014 legislative session ended on Friday, May 16, and there were a number of wins as well as several missed opportunities on Chamber legislative priorities. Among the measures that crossed the finish line were a transportation funding ballot initiative, changes to the state’s unemployment insurance system, and an increased commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship through additional funding for the Missouri Technology Corporation.
