In a nutshell, what does your business provide its customers?
Cantina Laredo serves modern Mexican food in a sophisticated, vibrant atmosphere. Our Mexico City style menu included grilled fish, chicken and steaks complimented by signature sauces such as chipotle-wine with portobello mushrooms or sautéed artichoke hearts and roasted bell peppers. We also offer our award winning signature margarita, the Casa Rita, made fresh from lime juice and the finest tequila. In addition to serving lunch, dinner, drinks and Sunday brunch (from 10am-3pm), Cantina Laredo also offers full-service catering and we have three private banquet rooms for you to choose from to host your special occasion or business function.
What are some features that make your business unique?
We cater to our guests as we are willing to go that extra mile to provide excellent service to insure your visit with us is in fact a pleasant, memorable and tasty experience. We offer top shelf guacamole made at your table per your specifications with the freshest ingredients available. We have one the BEST patios in Springfield! We introduced, “Party on The Patio” this past Fall, which utilized our unique and spacious patio, equipped with a fire table and heat lamps to offer our guests local live entertainment. We also provide fundraising opportunities for our local charities and reward local students with Bravo Awards.
Give us a brief history of your business:
We opened our Springfield location in September 2013 with much excitement from our community. Most Springfield residents were already familiar with Cantina Laredo Modern Mexican from our location in Branson, in the heart of the Branson Landing. This familiarity and popularity created an opening “buzz” that exceeded even our highest expectations. As we entered the holiday season we soon saw that the Cantina Laredo banquets rooms were going to be the place to book your holiday parties. As we zoomed into 2014, with the first hint of Spring, our outdoor patios became the place you wanted to be for our early evening happy hours or to enjoy a fabulous dinner on a perfect Ozark evening. Even now, as we roll through Summer 2014, it is hard to believe how fast the first year can go and we are thrilled how much Springfield has embraced us!
What is the most exciting news your business has had in the last year?
Cantina Laredo is THE place to be to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! If you choose to go to only one celebration for Cinco de Mayo, make it ours as our fiestas are over the top as proven with last year’s Cinco de Mayo and our one year birthday celebration this past September.
What do you see for the future of your business?
The future of our restaurant is to continue to offer Springfield and surrounding communities the option of modern Mexican food, incredible service and delicious drinks in a stylish and lively atmosphere.
