Springfield Business & Development Corporation: 5_Cost of Living Calculator now available on SBDC website

In partnership with the Council for Community and Economic Research, the SBDC's website, www.business4springfield.com, now offers a cost of living calculator.
Data is compiled quarterly and takes into account regional variations on prices of more than 60 items (from a doctor's exam to utility rates to the cost of a t-bone steak).

The calculator works by simply entering a sample salary from another city in the United States and it adjusts that salary for living and working in Springfield. Give it a try!

The Springfield Business & Development Corporation is the economic development subsidiary of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and its mission is to provide a continued revenue source for the Chamber's economic development program, assisting business and industry, and attracting new business and industry to the Springfield area.
